Department of Economics of Tarakeswar Degree College started its journey from the year of 1986. It offers a General course at the Undergraduate level under the University of Burdwan.We strive for our excellence in our programmes of teaching. We help the students to recognize the essential roles of economics in the live of citizens of today and tomorrow. The mission of the department is to provide updated information to the students about the rapid advances in the fields of economics and to pursue the knowledge in society.
